FUTURE SKILLS (Leadership & IT COURSE) – 2020

The Future Skills Program is the NT Government Funded Course, particularly designed by considering what is important for becoming an effective Leader. It is designed for those who would like to join the workforce but need (Business and IT) skills to improve their employment prospects by incorporating Leadership & IT skills; to get a better job and a better Future.

The Future skills Course is the combination of Accredited and Non-Accredited Leadership & IT Units, which give students an opportunity to look into the Future technology, Organizational challenges and need for improving their Leadership skills. Such Leadership & technology skills are crucial for joining the workforce, when dealing with the Industry Business & Technology standards.

August 2019 to June 2020 (Certificate III in Micro-Business Operations Course)

Cert III Micro Business Operations delivered to Refugees, Migrants and Un-employed to develop skills that are necessary to setup their own Micro-Business.

Aim of the project is to unlock the potential of people that are unemployed, migrants and refugees to run their own micro or home based business through a series of workshops, activities and projects through training, disability support, mentoring and coaching.

Learning Potential International developed a customised micro-business course for people with a disability. The program resulted in most participants being issued with the Certificate III in Micro Business Operations. Final Showcase was well received by participants and guests. 

Carried on the Leadership Course from (October 2017 to October 2018)

This project is particular designed to develop leadership, team management and team innovation skills of those who are working in the Government department, Banks, Emergency services and different other Organisations to upskill their employees.

These professional development workshops are delivered Across the whole NT (Catherine, Alice springs and other cities) to develop and enhance Employees Leadership skills.

Employment facilitation for inclusive growth with the Asian Development Bank – Phillipines
International Career Guidance and Employment Coaching Expert.
Intensive training on career guidance and employment coaching to Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) staff in 4 provinces as part of staff capacity development for the effective delivery of Youth employment facilitation services.  This includes developing training modules and manuals and conducting and assessing training with staff.
